Planetarium Show At the Bishop Museum

At the Bishop Museum, thanks to the amazing planetarium team there (hi Romee!) and Tony’s incredible skill and tenacious hard work, we were able to make a seemingly crazy dream a reality: a dream of bringing our book to life on the planetarium screen. Over the last couple months before our trip, Tony worked countless hours in Adobe Photoshop and Mackenzie gathered sounds from open-source sound catalogs (thank you, Jeremy for guidance!), and together, we splashed Tony’s art and brought it to life with sound at full size on the planetarium screen. We cannot express how much of a highlight of our trip this was. Just like our wedding, we wish we could go back in time and attend as anonymous guests to really experience it, but at least we got an amazing videographer, Lucas, to capture the night for us. See the video below sharing the experience of the show. Please note, we will try to bring this to some Bay Area (and maybe other!) planetariums in the future, but for now, we are just so proud of what we were able to achieve at Bishop Museum.
